Catherine and Beth first met while working at Clothier Anderson Immigration Lawyers in 2014. They share a commitment to justice and service excellence. Catherine is an accredited specialist in immigration law and advises across all migration and refugee law areas. She specialises in judicial review applications in the Federal Circuit and Family Court, Federal Court and High Court of Australia.

Beth’s career has focused on refugee law, having worked as a decision-maker with the UNHCR in Thailand and led a team at the Asylum Seeker Resource Center providing assistance to asylum seekers to navigate the complexities of Australia’s continually evolving laws in this area. She is committed to assisting asylum seekers to obtain a favourable outcome, offering not only trusted and experienced advice but also a trauma-informed and compassionate approach to her clients.
